About Sean Casey
Sean Casey is a registered dietitian, movement, and proactive health coach who works with individuals ranging from middle and high school athletes to elite professionals, including Olympic athletes, as well as everyday people looking to improve their health.
His expertise is sought internationally, having traveled to over 15 countries to help clients reach their peak potential.
Sean’s passion for optimizing performance health extends into the business world, where he has hosted workshops for banks, schools, community organizations, and more. He has also presented at national conferences and regional clinics.
For five years, Sean led the science team at Hometown Pharmacy of Wisconsin, a group of over 50 independent pharmacies focused on proactive health.
Amongst other roles, Sean serves as the Director of Applied Human Performance at the Sports Pharmacy Network.

About Jessi Marti
Hi, I’m Jessi Marti, a chiropractor with an immense passion for all things health and wellness. From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by the body’s ability to heal, grow stronger, and thrive when given the right care. That passion has led me to specialize in two areas I believe are game-changers for long-term health—weight training and nutrition.
My mission is simple: to show everyone that it is possible to feel good in their own skin. I believe health isn’t about chasing perfection—it’s about creating sustainable habits that allow you to move better, fuel your body with confidence, and live pain-free.
I combine strength training and nutrition strategies to help my patients live as optimally as possible. Whether your goal is to improve performance in the gym, overcome pain, or simply feel stronger in daily life, I’m here to provide the tools, education, and support to make it happen.
Wellness is not a quick fix—it’s a lifestyle. And my greatest joy is guiding people toward a place where they feel empowered, capable, and confident in their own skin.
